When you contact us via WhatsApp or our booking form, we collect: your first name (if provided), your WhatsApp number or email address, your booking details (location, date, time, duration, companion preference), and any additional preferences you choose to share.
We do not collect payment card details — all payments are made in cash directly to your companion. We do not collect sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary to process your booking.
Your information is used exclusively to process and confirm your booking, contact you regarding your booking, and provide you with the service you have requested. We do not use your information for marketing unless you have explicitly opted in.
We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your personal information to any third party under any circumstances. Your information is used solely to connect you with your chosen companion.
We retain booking information for a maximum of 90 days following your booking date, after which it is permanently deleted from all our systems. WhatsApp conversations are deleted on a rolling basis.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp. We will confirm deletion within 24 hours.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to processing of your personal data. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
