Amsterdam Dance Event · 21 to 25 October 2026
Every October, Amsterdam Dance Event fills the city with panels by day and club nights that run until sunrise. It is the week our diary fills fastest, so we add extra companions for all five nights and ask guests to reserve before the weekend crowd arrives.
ADE is not a festival in one field. It spreads across the whole city for five days: by day a working conference where labels, agents, promoters and tech firms meet in panels and showcases, and by night a club programme in hundreds of venues, from tiny basements in the centre to vast warehouses on the edges of town. The two crowds blend together once darkness falls, and most of the several hundred thousand visitors come from abroad.
For an outcall agency, no other week compares. Hotels are full, guests keep late hours and many travel alone with a free evening between showcases. That is the reason this page exists, and its main advice is short: reserve your companion before you land.
In a normal week a companion reaches a central hotel quickly and same-day requests are routine. ADE is different. The centre is crowded, taxis are in demand from late evening, and the streets near the biggest venues slow down after midnight. None of that makes a booking hard; it only makes spontaneity less dependable. Guests who message a few hours ahead, or the evening before, give us time to place a companion nearby so she still arrives within 45 to 60 minutes.
Demand is not spread evenly across the week. Thursday and Friday are the fullest, with the conference in full swing and the headline parties sold out. Saturday stays busy and Sunday slows down. We schedule extra companions on every night, but our advice changes with the date: for the peak, give us as much notice as you can, and for the quieter end of the week a few hours usually works. If you would like someone who knows the scene, which clubs are worth the queue and how a long night tends to unfold, mention it in your message. WhatsApp our team with your hotel, your nights and the hours you have in mind, and we will plan the week with you.
ADE rewards guests who go with the flow of the city instead of fighting it, and a companion arranged a little in advance simply becomes part of the evening's plan rather than a problem to solve at two in the morning.
During the day ADE is a business event, full of label meetings, agency pitches and tech showcases across town.
Once the lanyard comes off, plenty of delegates want an evening that has nothing to do with work, and a companion at the hotel offers exactly that.
After dark the programme becomes one long chain of parties, many still going when the trams start running again.
A companion who enjoys that world can make the night flow, and an overnight booking takes timing out of the picture entirely.
This is the one week we ask guests not to leave things to chance, because requests jump sharply on the busiest nights.
Message us a few hours ahead, or the evening before, and you keep both your first choice of companion and a sensible arrival time.
With clubs scattered through every district, we regularly arrange discreet meeting spots a short walk from an entrance.
Name the venue, we suggest the place, and the rest of the night carries on privately, at your pace.
ADE nights finish very late, and an eight-hour overnight for EUR 1,250 means nobody has to think about travel at dawn.
It is one of the formats guests ask for most during the festival, simply because it matches how the week actually runs.
During ADE rooms fill in every district, from the canal belt to the business towers of Zuidas.
Wherever you end up staying, send us the hotel name and we organise the booking from there.

Several hundred thousand visitors arrive over five days, the hotels fill up completely, and most of the crowd is international and out to celebrate. Packed streets, very late nights and so many travellers in one place make it the most requested week in our calendar, which is why we urge guests to reserve early.
Amsterdam Dance Event 2026 runs from Wednesday 21 to Sunday 25 October. The conference and most club nights are concentrated from midweek into the weekend, and Thursday and Friday are the most crowded. We schedule extra companions for the entire festival.
For Thursday and Friday, message us several hours in advance, and a full day is better still. Saturday and Sunday are slightly easier but remain busy. A same-day request can sometimes be met, though during ADE we cannot promise it, and the choice of companions shrinks quickly once the evening begins.
Yes, discreetly. ADE uses roughly two hundred venues, so arranging a meeting spot is routine for us. Name the venue when you confirm and we pick a quiet place close by, after which the night continues privately on your terms.
The city keeps moving during ADE, but the centre is crowded, late taxis are scarce and streets near popular venues slow down. Booking ahead solves this: it lets us place a companion close to you before the late rush, so she still arrives within 45 to 60 minutes.
For many guests it is. ADE nights end very late, and an eight-hour overnight at EUR 1,250 removes any pressure on timing and any travel at sunrise. It is among the most requested formats of the whole festival week.
